How it works

A day with Coach.

Follow one member through one day on the Polaris app: the morning brief, a meal logged in one line, a workout from Apple Health, a sore knee, and a few quiet days.

A day with Coach. Sleep, training, food and recovery, weighed into one call at a time. 6:40 AM: the Morning brief push. Coach checks Apple Health: 7 hours 12 minutes of sleep, resting heart rate back to usual, so today runs as planned, lower body, about 45 minutes, and one ask, weigh in. 8:05 AM: breakfast typed in one line, Greek yogurt and blueberries; Coach shows the numbers on a card and nothing saves until Log it. 5:31 PM: Workout received from Apple Health; Coach asks what was done and hears the left knee felt off. 5:34 PM: knee at 3 of 10; tomorrow keeps its leg work but simpler, and the pain check-in is confirmed. Friday: after a few quiet days, Checking in; no catching up, one 20-minute walk, and tomorrow's brief picks the plan back up. Polaris. Find your North Star. Stay the course.
